Dear all,

I'm booking some dates for The TROPHIES.
They are available between 12th and 21st November.

Trophies is :

Alessandro Bosetti - voice, electronics.
Kenta Nagai - fretless guitar
Tony Buck - drums

Out now : "Become Objects of Daily Use", CD on Monotype records, "A
Color Photo of
the Horse" CD on DS al Coda Records ( w/Ches Smith ).

… In the work of composer Alessandro Bosetti, the gap between music and
speech gets
a lot smaller. Both in his solo music and with his trio Trophies, he
explores what
he calls "repetitive speech-loop forms." Frequently, this involves him
people either reading lines or speaking extemporaneously, then transposing
recordings into written music. Often, Bosetti then speaks the same words
himself in
conjunction with that music. On his latest solo CD Royals and Trophies'
new album
Become Objects of Daily Use (both released by Polish label Monotype), he
questions the roles of music and speech: whether they convey literal
meaning, act as
pure sound, or do something in between … (Marc Masters - Pitchfork)

" ... In an incomprehensible way – but seemingly driven by primal forces -
the trio
succeeds to hypnotize. The work is uncomfortable and complex, no
comparison comes to
mind. It is like the craving that is close to addiction. Yes, this music is
thrilling, emotional and crushingly impressive." Jan Willem Broek -

" … Working musicians, performers and artists who never takes
understanding for
granted … Bosetti's trio shows us an unexpected way where both abstraction,
absurdity and musical trance coexist. It's like Alfred Jarry was reading
the local
newspaper and got stuck among print errors. " Thomas Millroth - Sound of

" ... Riddled with humor and playfulness … It's a sparkling coherent and
album and makes for riveting listening as the changes are constant. They
were on the
ball during the recording; you need to be on the ball to listen." Hassni
Malik -
Progress Report

"Irregular rhythm, abstract texts and electronics configure an amazing and
irreverent proposal which doesn't follow any musical trend." Guillermo

"Alessandro Bosetti is "gloriously repeating" … Bosetti's method - rapidly
a signature sound - is to map the musical profiles of spoken word, poetry,
or his
own non sequitur speech and transcribe the rhythms, pitch, and notes to be
and replayed as a continuous circle of sound". Mark Corotto - All About Jazz

"Basé sur des boucles étonnantes et le spoken word très singulier de Bosetti,
mi-goguenard mi-bricoleur de génie, le monde de nos trois nouveaux amis
produit des
fondus enchaînés (free) jazz d'une liberté totale, c'est d'autant plus
fort qu'ils
ne forcent jamais le trait. Alors que sur papier, on avait tout pour se faire
entuber, on ressort de ce disque grandi et les oreilles encore plus grandes
ouvertes. Une performance en soi." Fabrice Vanoverberg - Rifraf

"Äußerst eigenartige Musik" rbd - Bad Alchemy Magazine

"If you’ve always enjoyed the muzzy feeling of bewilderment and wonder
induced by
the poetic genius of Mayo Thompson and his Red Krayola bands, this is the
record for
you." Ed Pinsent, The Sound Projector.

Alessandro Bosetti is an Italian composer, sound artist and performer born
in 1973.
He's main focus is in the fringe area between spoken language and music.
He created
a series of highly compelling sound works where relational aesthetics meets
innovative composition and published more than a dozen of cd's of his own
along with many other collaborations. Since 2000 he has been a key Ars
figure, and created a vast body of work of hybrid, award winning,
text-sound and
radio compositions for the main Radio and Electro Acoustic Music studios
in Europe.
Among them, pieces like Il Fiore della Bocca (Rossbin/DLR 2005), a work on
vocality of the mentally and physically impaired and African Feedback, a
collaborative scrutiny on experimental music in West Africa (Errant Bodies
2004) have received critical acclaim and are considered classic
contributions to the
genre. Alessandro Bosetti is an emotional performer that has consistently
toured in
Europe, Asia and the United States. Blow Up magazine has called Bosetti
„One of the
most anomalous and fascinating figures in the contemporary scene” and Dusted
Magazine a „rewarding, unique and surprisingly responsive encounter.” For
The Wire
„Bosetti's work has unjudgmental embrace, complex transvaluations and
challenges our
liberalism.” Bosetti's most recent CD Zwölfzungen has been listed as one
of The
Wire's best 10 outer limits cd's of 2010

Dear all,
I’m booking two dates for LYDIA LUNCH’S PUTAN CLUB. They are available on 20th and 21st November.
This offer is for Belgium only!!!!!!
If you want to set up a gig for this project in your country please contact Benoît whose e-mail is:
lydia lunch’s putan club
Words, music & instant-art-movie, art + action(USA-France-Belgium-Italy)
A creation by Théâtre Garonne, Toulouse, France, March 2012

Anti-commercial, anti-rock’n’roll, supremely impolite and divinely refined, the Lydia Lunch’s Putan Club is the newest project of one of greatest artists of the XXIth century, a fulminated poet, a violent writer adulated by the new wave of the Americandissacratori-profaners, an outstanding singer of an ardent career, besides that an imperial pain in the neck: Lydia Lunch.
Propelled by the Putan Club, a unit of artistic resistance subtly iconoclastic, a combo armed with a merciless interaction between paintings, graphic arts and determinedly overconfident musical comments, the Lydia Lunch’s Putan Club is a creation wished and organized by the Theatre Garonne, European Stages Network of Toulouse, in March, 2012.
This is not entertainment, either a reading, or a concert : it is a rape, a gang bang, a total dumping -heart, eyes, ears- in the indecency and its incredible beauty. It is the poetry applied to the immediate life, without flowers nor stylistic effects, conjugating its violence, its excesses, its religions, its politics, from sex to drugs and up to the death. Inexorably, mercilessly and supremely. A sincere experience of extremely savage and wild love.
texts, vox, soundscapes : Lydia Lunch
drawings, paintings, projections : Vincent Fortemps
guitars, vox, composition, computer : François R. Cambuzat
bass, effects, vox : Gianna Greco
première: Théâtre Garonne, Toulouse, France, March 24th, 2012
audio :

Lydia Lunch (born Lydia Anne Koch on June 2, 1959 in Rochester, New York) is an American poet, writer, actress and singer. The provocative Lydia Lunch was a pivotal figure in New York’s ‘no wave’ scene of the late 70s and has worked with an array of talent since then. The Boston Phoenix named Lunch « one of the 10 most influential performers of the 1990s. » Her words revealed her increasing fascination with the baser instincts of human nature.
Lydia Lunch participated in about fifty movies, realized hundred of albums (among others with Sonic Youth, Nick Cave, Exene Cervenka, Rowland S . Howard, Einstürzende Neubauten, Alan Vega, J.G. Thirlwell, Marc Almond, Michael Gira, Oxbow, Henry Rollins) and published eight books translated in several languages.
Her work typically features provocative and confrontational delivery. The politics of outrage remain her gospel.
I hope to hear from you asap.

Dear all,

I'm booking some dates for KK NULL and BRUITAL ORGASME.

They are available between 2/11 and 8/11 2012

The experimental multi-instrumentalist K.K. Null was born in Tokyo, Japan,
on September 13, 1961. He began as a guitarist, but soon added composer,
singer, electronic wiz, drummer, and even "Butoh" dancer to his impressive
musical resumé. Null joined the noise/prog rock outfit Ybo2 in 1984,
issuing several albums and EPs throughout the remainder of the decade.
From there, Null produced albums for other artists, created his own record
label (Nux Organization), and played with others: with the self-described
"progressive hardcore trio" Zeni Geva, John Zorn, Steve Albini, the
Boredoms' Seiichi Yamamoto, Jim O'Rourke, Merzbow, Fred Frith, James
Plotkin, Keiji Haino, Otomo Yoshihide, Jon Rose, Atau Tanaka, Zbigniew
Karkowski, and Philip Samartzis, as well as supporting such artists as
Sonic Youth and Mike Patton on tour. Null has released more than 60 albums

BRUITAL ORGASME is Fil & Nath... Their interest lies in reaching the
physical effects of sound... They are playing with frequencies, sounds
they record during their tours, home made sounds generators, modified
devices, lost and found sounds from many sources (as old vinyls,
turntables without records, radios, tapes, ...) Past lives include
performances in art galleries, cultural center, artist residencies, music
& art festival, in Canada, Turkey, Bulgaria, Holland, Czech Republic,
Poland, Hungary, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy..."

I hope to hear from you soon.

Have a nice week end.

Dear all,

I'm booking some dates for Jamka.

They're available from early October 2012 onwards:

Jamka is a music project set up by Monika Subrtova and Daniel Kordik, who
first met as philosophy students in Slovakia. After playing in various
hardcore and punk bands, Kordik had gradually become more interested in
the idea of making music with electronic devices, and when Subrtova began
to share his enthusiasm for synthetic sounds and misleading compositions,
they decided to explore this territory together. Jamka played their first
gig in autumn 2001 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava. Using a
sequencer and a sampler, they generated raw-sounding rhythms and
structures. In the same year, together with RBNX and Urbanfailure, they
released their first common CDr/tape, Urb Sound Systems, and founded the
Slovakian Urbsounds Collective. Jamka now reside in London, where they
have established themselves as part of the local experimental scene. Using
synthesizers, sequencers, samplers and various FX boxes, they touch on the
darker side of techno, industrial and noise music, approaching it in their
own uncompromising way. Their music is a whirlwind of colliding rhythms
and fractured structures, punctuated throughout with hard-hitting sounds.

I hope to hear from you very soon.

Dear all, I’m booking some dates for DRIP DRY MAN AND HIS ONE MAN BEAT REVOLVER. Open dates are between 23rd and 26th May + 14th September. Drip Dry Man The 24 year old bluesman sounds more like he is from the swamplands of the American Deep South rather than Aberystwyth, Wales. His signature sound of rasping fuzz , whore-house angles and darkness-infused chain gang sound, paint Howlin Wolf and Tom Waits at their growling bluesy-best. This is music that is gorgeously corrupt, visual impact shock rock that leaves the audience rendered catatonic in wonder. It is easy to say that he provides a refreshing theatre of freakish presentation fusing and perverting old musical templates such as delta blues, gospel and country with something a little more contemporary Already causing a scene on the underground circuit aswell as making fans of the likes of BBC Radio 1’s Bethan Elfyn and BBC Wales’s Adam Walton, who both played a succession of demos throughout 2008 (BBC Magical Mystery tour), DDM is making fans thick and fast both home and abroad. Watch him blow « the roof off the place with his unique sound of full-on-dirty-nasty-swamp-blues-glam-rock. » (The Absurd Alternative Magazine) I would like to hear from you very soon. Regards.
