Dear promoters,

I am booking some dates for the artists and bands here under.

Please get back to me you want to set up a concert for one of them.

MIA ZABELKA (Austria)

Availabolity/ She has many open dates in 2019
Terrritory: Europe + UK
Mia Zabelka (born 1963 in Vienna, Austria) is an Austrian contemporary violinist, improviser, and composer of Czech, Jewish and French familiar background. Comprehensively educated in classical music from early age on she opened up the traditional understanding of the violin as solo and ensemble instrument towards improvisation, experimental music, and sound art.[1][2]
Lydia Lunch describes Mia Zabelka’s work as « visceral, cerebral and sensual. A gorgeous, haunting sound which employs classical interpretation and experimental improvisation to transcend musical genres, creating a sonic surround uniquely her own. She inhabits a sonic universe lush with soul cleansing vibrancy.

SUDDEN INFANT (SWITZERLAND)
https://youtu.be/OoArRCswLNk [4]
Availabilities: In March 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 7th Territories: Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, UK, Luxemburg, France_
SUDDEN INFANT is a Swiss Industrial-Dada-Noise-Rock band based in Berlin. Their 2014 album « Wölfli’s Nightmare“ on Voodoo Rhythm Records was produced by Roli Mosimann (Swans, The Young Gods, Wiseblood) and was very well received by critics and audiences.
In the past Sudden Infant toured with Sleaford Mods and played alongside Wolf Eyes, Ben Frost, Merzbow, Derek Bailey, Jim O’Rourke, Thurston Moore and many others.
The brand new 2018 album „Buddhist Nihilism“ coming in August on Harbinger Sound (Harbinger189) will consolidate the bands ability for bizarre and intense compositions full of left field humor, powerful rhythms and twisted structures. Brilliantly mixed and mastered by Martin Siewert (Radian) in his Vienna studio.

BLACK HEART REBELLION (Belgium)

Availability: Between 1st and 10th March 2018
Territory: Belgium
For their latest exploit they’ve headed into the unknown and took on the haunting Iranian cult movie ‘A Girl Walks Home Alone’. For the
Belgian alternative film festival ‘Mooov’ TBHR created and performed an alternative soundtrack for this masterpiece by Ana Lilly Amapour. The
project acts as an excerise to break loose from traditional song structures and previous ideas and use completely a fresh approach to
the creation process.
Because of the fact the actors are talking in Farsi, Pieter is using his vocals purely as an instrument and is singing in a made up
language so not to distract/confuse the audience and make sure the soundtrack contributed to the overall vibe presented by the movie.
The project is a logical step in the carreer of TBHR as they´ve mentioned before that movie´s have been an important influence on previous records, and they see the albums as soundtracks to non excisting movies.

Thanks for your time and reading.

All the best.

Alain

From the humanities to radio, to the practice of sound in cinema, of field recording, to pedagogy, to art / sound interaction as a free form of anthropology and geology, to electronic composition.
A graduate of electroacoustic composition, she releases solo and duet albums (Erratum, Frm-at, Firecracker Recordings labels), runs workshops, designs commissioned pieces, composes for visual works.
She is also co-founder of Polyphones, a parisien network dedicated to women in musical experimentation.
Focused on polylistening, dissonance and new music, she manages to transpose the complexity of the world into electroacoustic and polyrhythmic soundscapes, bruitism and ‘DFR’ (Danceable Field Recording) compositions.

JAMES CHANCE AND LES CONTORTIONS (USA)

James Chance is a legend: the free form playing of Albert Ayler with the solid funk rythm of James Brown, though filtered through a punk rock lens.
A key figure in No Wave, Chance has been playing a combination of improvisational jazz-like music and punk in the New York music scene since the late 1970s, in such bands as Teenage Jesus and the Jerks, James Chance and the Contortions, James White and the Blacks, The Flaming Demonics, James Chance & the Sardonic Symphonics, James Chance and Terminal City, and James Chance and Les Contortions.

ALASDAIR ROBERTS, NEIL McDERMOTT & TARTINE DE CLOUS (Scotland/france)
https://soundcloud.com/okra-na-records/sets/alasdair-roberts-neil/s-tMU6H
Territories: France, Germany, The Netherlands
Availability: Between 27th November and 4th December
Alasdair is also a great interpreter of traditional songs and ballads from Scotland and beyond (which can be heard on albums such as The Crook of My Arm, No Earthly Man and Too Long In This Condition), plus he recently became a member of the English/Scottish folk quartet The Furrow Collective. A restless, researched and relaxed individual we welcome him and all he brings to play at The Cube.
Tartine de Clous (Geoffroy Dudouit, Thomas Georget and Guillaume Maupin) are a singing trio originally from the department of Charente in western France. Following in the footsteps of some of the great French groups of the late 20th century folk revival (such as Mélusine and La Bamboche), they sing largely unaccompanied three-part harmony arrangements of the traditional songs of their native land.
In addition to being a fine fiddler in the Scottish traditional style, Neil McDermott is an academic currently researching the musical and political engagement of the 1960s Scottish folk scene with the anti-nuclear movement.

HIDE (USA)

Availability: Between 8th and 24th February 2019
Territory: Belgium
HIDE is not just a band, but a multimedia, multisensory collaboration between fine artist Gabel and percussionist Seth Sher. Birthed in 2014 from Chicago’s DIY electronic scene, the post-industrialist duo specializes in rattling sonic collages, tied together by Gabel’s steely growl. In 2015 they joined Marilyn Manson on tour with just an EP in tow. Now out on Dais Records, HIDE’s full-length debut, Castration Anxiety, is a collection of siren songs for predators of all kinds — “rapists, marginalizers, oppressors,” stresses Gabel.

PUSSY RIOT (RUSSIA)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AhHFcc2AMbQ [6]
Availability: May 2019
Territory: Belgium
Feminist performance art collective and occasional punk band Pussy Riot made international headlines in 2012 after members were arrested and imprisoned for protesting the re-election of Russian president Vladimir Putin and perceived corruption in the Russian Orthodox church. The group formed in Moscow in August 2011 as an offshoot of the performance/street art group Voina, in response to government policies that discriminated against women. A rotating amalgamation of about 11 members, Pussy Riot disguised themselves with pseudonyms and brightly colored dresses and balaclavas as they staged guerrilla-style performances in public spaces. Influenced by American riot grrrl and Oi! bands as well as French/Bulgarian philosopher and cultural theorist Julia Kristeva, the collective’s musical performances combine politically charged lyrics chanted against abrasive guitar riffing, almost always running under two minutes.

BLACK SALVATION (Germany) + JESSICA93 (France)
https://blacksalvation.bandcamp.com/
https://jessica93.bandcamp.com/
Availability: Between 19th and 30th January 2019
Territory: Belgium
Exploding into a thousand shards of awesome at the unlikely nexus of heavy metal, post-punk, protest rock, krautrock, and traditional
rhythm & blues, Germany-based BLACK SALVATION—-are obviously not playing by conventional rules. Not in the way they approach their
unique brand of psychedelic hard rock. Not in the DIY way they recorded new album, _Uncertainty is Bliss_. And certainly not as composers and actors in the Max-Ophüls-Preis-nominated short-film _Wald_. While safe thinkers covet and cradle known tenets,BLACK SALVATION are blasting fantastic between unknown of inner and outer worlds of rockdom. French one man project Jessica93 is a powerful and emotional force of hypnotic loops, grungy riffs and cold beats, all wrapped up in an impressive sense of delicate and to-the-point song writing.

Thanks for your time and reading.

Regards.
