Territories: Europe + UKCopenhagen musician and composer Mads Emil Nielsen works with basic sound sources, often combined with short percussive and orchestral samples, and the amplification of machine produced errors. In 2014 he founded the label and artistic platform arbitrary, on which he has released the Framework series of graphic scores and recordings, as well as solo works and collaborations including the Percussion Loops EP, the album Refound with Andrea Neumann, a series of remix collaborations with Chromacolor – German sound artist and producer Hanno Leichtmann, and his Black Box series of works originally made for theatre, dance performances and radio soundtracks. When performing live, using various samplers and synthesizers, he combines live generated and pre-recorded, live processed sounds, and improvises around material from his solo releases. Mads Emil Nielsen has performed at Presences electronique (Ina GRM, Paris), Gaudeamus Muziekweek (NL) & Wundergrund Festival (DK) and has contributed to exhibitions such as the Notations 21 Project. Territory: Europe + UKEraldo Bernocchi is an Italian composer, arranger, producer and guitarist with a solid reputation as an all round sonic sculptor. Starting his career in the late 70’s as a guitarist in independent punk bands, in the mid ’80’s Eraldo co-founded the conceptual audio project Sigillum-S (with Paolo Bandera and Luca di Giorgio), which grew into a highly accl aimed international cult act.DJ Disk, Thomas Fehlmann, Zu, DJ Olive, Markus Stockhausen, Giovanni Lindo Ferretti, Robin Guthrie, Colin Edwin, Balazs Pandi, Hoshiko Yamane, Flowdan among many others. In addition to regular work scoring music for adverts and other multimedia projects, Eraldo has composed film music for Academy Award winner Gabriele Salvatores and won the President of the Republic best soundtrack award for “Denti”. He produced numerous art installations with Petulia Mattioli, as well as other artists including Russell Mills and Harold Budd. Uniquely, Eraldo is also known for being invited to play and organise various special events for H.H. The Dalai Lama in Italy. In 2008, together with music lover Giacomo Bruzzo, Eraldo founded RareNoise Records, a new London based label, which aims to showcase a wide range of cutting edge music. The label has since become an important conduit championing several forward thinking and original artists, as well as releasing a number of Eraldo’s own recordings.In 2018 he scored “Cy Dear”, the first ever doc/film on the life of the legendary artist Cy Twombly which has been presented at MOMA New York , Louvre Paris and National Portrait Gallery London. Territory: BelgiumGudrun Gut’s story began in the subcultural scene of the “genial dilettantes” in early 1980s Berlin as part of Mania D, Einstürzende Neubauten and Malaria! and eventually led to Matador and an extensive solo catalog. She also founded two record labels (Moabit Musik and Monika Enterprise), worked as a radio host and producer with Thomas Fehlmann (10 years of Oceanclub Radio for RadioEins), organized club nights for the electronic pop collective Oceanclub, became festival curator (with Fehlmann/Meteo on MarkeB and currently UM Festival), and ignited experimental feminist collaborations, most notably under the title Monika Werkstatt. Other projects: Collaborations with Antye Greie (AGF) and Hans-Joachim Irmler of Faust, participation in the advisory board of Musicboard Berlin, since 2016 part of the artist support jury of Initiative Musik DE, performance at the Royal Albert Hall with Âme as part of an Innervisions label night. In 2018/9 Gudrun Gut celebrated her solo album MOMENT with concerts in Saudi Arabia, China, Russia, Spain, Romania, France and Germany. Noufānis a trumpet player & singer from Tehran living in Berlin .He comes from the field of performance and theatre .Oliver Doerell is an experimental musician / composer from Brussels .He moved to Berlin in 1991 where he developed his own musical expression. Oliver Doerell is the founding member of Dictaphone, SWOD and Cummi Flu, alongside he also composed music for films anddance/ theatre projects. He has played concerts around the world including festivals like Mutek / Transmediale / Unsound ….Oliver Doerell’s music defies easy definition, because his style is deemed too left-field or avant-garde.He has released 15 Albums so far on different labels
